Subscriptions, gift cards, digital products, and an image editor
In TeleportHQ's 1–2 October 2026 releases, stores sell subscriptions, digital downloads and gift cards, apply discounts on their own, and take five more payment providers. The editor gains an image editor, find and replace, ready-made site elements such as a footer and an announcement bar, and an installable app for your site. The AI Assistant can format part of a text and connect a REST API.
New
Subscriptions
A TeleportHQ store product with Payment Type set to Recurring is now a full subscription. Pick its Billing Interval and an optional Free trial (days), and your payment provider charges the buyer every period. You see every subscriber under Subscriptions in Growth → Orders, and on a subscription you can Cancel at period end, Cancel now, Pause subscription or Resume subscription. Saving a recurring product gives your site a My Subscriptions page where buyers cancel or manage billing, and emails for a subscription that starts, renews, fails to charge or is cancelled. To keep a page for subscribers, open the page's menu and switch on Subscriber Access: Any active subscription, or the recurring products you tick. See How to sell subscriptions and manage subscribers.
Digital products
Turn on This product is digital in a TeleportHQ product to sell downloads or software. Add the files under Files with Add files, up to 10 MB each on Trial and Pro and 30 MB on Premium, or paste a pool of License keys, and set a Download limit per purchase and Links expire after (days). Once the order is paid, the buyer downloads from their order page and gets an email, the order shows a Digital delivery section, and a digital-only order pays no delivery fee. In E-Commerce Settings, Revoke Downloads on Refund takes downloads back from fully refunded orders, and Digital Goods Withdrawal Exemption leaves digital items out of EU withdrawal requests. See How to sell digital products.
Gift cards and automatic discounts
In E-Commerce Settings, switch on Gift Cards and turn on This product is a gift card in a product: every paid purchase creates a card worth the price paid and emails its code. Shoppers spend it at checkout under Have a gift card?, see their cards on the My Gift Cards page, and you can Issue a card by hand from Manage Gift Cards or pay a refund back as store credit. Automatic Discounts, switched on in the same panel, apply on their own whenever a cart qualifies, with no code: under Manage Discounts → Add Discount, choose Percentage, Fixed amount, Free shipping or Buy X, get Y, the products or categories, and conditions such as Minimum order value or First order only. Vouchers gain the same conditions and batches of single-use codes (Generate a Batch, Export CSV). See How to sell gift cards and How to create automatic discounts.
Product options and product pages
A TeleportHQ product's More ways to sell it list has two new entries. Options lets shoppers choose or add something before buying, such as a size, an engraving, a gift message or a photo: Add an option offers Ready-made options or Start from scratch, shown as Buttons, Colour swatches or Image cards, as text, a switch or a file upload, with a price per choice and rules for when an option shows. Product page gives some products a page of their own, with its own address and design; manage those pages in E-Commerce Settings → Product pages → Manage. See How to add product options and How to give a product its own page.
More payment providers
A TeleportHQ store can now take payments with Mollie, Razorpay, Square, Paddle and CoinGate, besides Stripe and PayPal, each with setup notes and hints on where to find every key. Publishing a store now connects the Stripe or PayPal webhook for you, so paid orders are marked paid without manual setup, and Check my webhook shows whether the provider account has the right endpoint and events and adds the missing ones. See How to set up the payment webhook.
Image editor
Select an image on the TeleportHQ canvas and click Edit image above it. The Edit image window has Crop, to crop to a shape, rotate and flip, Adjust, with sliders, and Background, where Remove the background keeps the subject and makes everything around it transparent, using AI credits. The new image replaces the old one in the element. See How to add and replace images.
Find and replace, and a command palette that finds everything
Press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on a Mac) in the TeleportHQ editor to open Find and replace: it finds a text on every page and replaces it, with Match case and Whole word. The command palette now finds CMS pages, workflows, forms, tables, classes and custom nodes besides pages and components, and opens the one you pick. See How to use the command palette.
Site elements
The Elements panel of the TeleportHQ editor has a new Site group: Footer, Announcement Bar, Site Search, Contact Button, Back To Top, Social Links, Payment Icons and Newsletter Signup. Footer asks for your site name, tagline, link columns, social links, payment icons and newsletter signup, then builds the whole footer. Site Search adds a search field and builds its results page, and Contact Button puts a button in the corner of every page with the ways visitors can reach you. Elements meant for every page go into your shared Navigation or Footer. See How to add elements to a page.
Installable app and push notifications
In the TeleportHQ Publish window, Installable app → Make this site installable (PWA) lets visitors add your site to their home screen and open it like an app: set its name, icons, colours, install dialog and an install banner. Installable apps are available on paid plans. Workflows can also send push notifications: the Send Push Notification step reaches Everyone subscribed, One signed-in user or One browser, and other steps let visitors subscribe and unsubscribe. Push notifications use the TeleportHQ database. See How to make your site installable and How to send push notifications.
Blog comments, share buttons and an RSS feed
The TeleportHQ blog's Blog Settings gain Comments: readers comment under each post, you choose who may comment (for example Signed-in members) and whether to Approve every comment first, and Moderate Comments approves, rejects or answers them. Under Post page, switch on Share Buttons, Author Box, Previous & Next Posts, Reading Progress and Heading Links for every post, or drag them from the Elements panel. Tag Pages makes every tag link to its posts, Category Links shows the categories above the list, and RSS Feed publishes your latest posts at /rss.xml. See How to set up a blog.
Improvements
- Database: in the database window, double-click a cell to edit it, Set a column to one value on the selected rows, import a CSV into an existing table, and Generate sample rows. The SQL view runs a read-only query of up to 500 rows, and Recent changes under Structure can revert a change to a table. See How to view and edit records.
- REST API data sources: Cache API responses keeps a source's answers for the time you choose. See How to connect a REST API.
- Languages: the Glossary keeps brand and product names as they are, or fixes how each language translates them, in every automatic translation. Export / import for translators sends a language's texts to a translator as CSV or XLIFF and reads the translated file back. See How to translate your site automatically.
- Forms: Field rules set what each field accepts and the message shown when a value is refused, the Hidden spam-trap field can be switched off, and on a multilingual site the success and error messages have a copy per language. See How to validate form fields.
- Style panel and canvas: a Transition section adds transitions with Add transition instead of CSS in the Advanced tab. Elements snap to their neighbours' edges while you move or resize them, and Ctrl (Cmd) moves them without snapping. The Project Menu can turn off Check spelling while editing text on the canvas.
- Editor: Recent errors and warnings in the header shows this session's messages again, the Assets panel lists the heavy files on the current page, and a banner says when the connection is lost. See How to find the files that slow your page.
- Dashboard: tag projects with Edit Tags, filter them with Filter projects by status, by what they have and by tag, show them as a grid or a list, and sort by Last opened. See How to find your way around the dashboard.
- Publishing: a progress bar shows each stage of a publish. After a production publish, After publishing lists what visitors would run into, such as broken links or placeholder images, with a button to each fix, and Check page loading speed flags pages that are slow on phones. See What should I check after publishing my site?
- AI Website Builder: Upload documents reads your brief or brand guidelines (PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown, up to 10 MB each) to write your business description: up to 5 documents on Trial, Pro and Premium, one otherwise. See How to describe your business from a website link or a document.
- Orders: Accept Late Payment takes a payment that arrives for a cancelled order, and a buyer who paid twice can be refunded the second payment. Filter products shows only gift cards, digital, recurring or one-time products, invoices can be made for orders paid on delivery or at pickup, and Reports & Exports has Download subscriptions. Customers' account pages keep their name, phone, company and address, which checkout fills in.
- Workflows: a Test runs tab lists every test of a workflow's steps. The canvas toolbar has Paste and Tidy layout, and new payment steps handle subscriptions and the billing portal. The workflow's AI Assistant has a model choice (Auto, Fast or Smart), shows about how many tokens each reply used, and can put the workflow back the way it was before a reply. Clearing an element binding shows a notice with Undo. See How to test a workflow step.
- AI Assistant: it can format part of a text, such as one word in bold or another colour, and keep the rest as it is. It connects a public REST API from its address, testing it first and refusing an address with passwords or keys, shows the list as cards, and lays list items out in a row or a grid. In a store, it lists, cancels and refunds orders, manages subscriptions, updates products and their options, creates product pages, adds license keys and changes store settings.
- AI Assistant and workflows: before it changes a reusable workflow step that two or more workflows use, the AI Assistant shows Confirm shared workflow change with Allow and Reject. Changing a big workflow edits only the steps involved instead of rewriting it. Its replies name every side effect, such as database tables it created or forms it switched to a workflow, and say when a more specific style keeps a change from showing. When a fix takes long, it offers to unlink the feature and waits for your answer.
- Quick AI prompt: the canvas label shows "Submitting…" and then Stop, which ends the edit and tells you whether any change was kept.
- AI models: the model lists of AI workflow steps and of the AI chat for your site add Claude Fable 5.1, Claude Opus 5.5, Claude Sonnet 5.5, Gemini 3.1 Pro (preview), Gemini 3.8, 3.7 and 3.5 Flash and Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite. The Gemini 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 models are gone.
- Duplicate: duplicating a page also copies its workflows and the states they use, linked to the copied elements, and no longer asks AI to add the copy to your navigation.
- Generating pages with AI in a project started from a template or built by hand no longer works out a new design direction for every page, so pages start sooner and share one look.
Fixes
- Reloading the page while the AI Assistant waits for your answer no longer loses the question: answer the card and it carries on.
- A Preview you're looking at no longer expires while you use it.
- The AI feedback survey shows at most once per session, and closing it keeps it away.
- A checkout form the AI Assistant builds outside the store's checkout page now places orders. On new stores, Place Order no longer shows an empty out-of-stock message when backorders are allowed, and a country typed outside the list gets "Please choose a country from the list."
- On the canvas, texts bound to a REST API field no longer stay on "Loading...", and a second REST API source in the data picker shows its own fields.
- On the published site, a REST API list uses the page size set in Items/page, pages through a list inside the response and sends the source's query parameters, and two REST API details pages no longer read each other's items.
- The Make this template yours window opens the first time you open a new template project. Before, it showed only after a refresh, sometimes with the previous template's name.
- Big projects, such as a store with its admin panel and many images, now publish. Before, the upload could be refused as too large.
- Publishing to staging no longer moves your custom domain to the staging site.
- In exported code run in development, an error in your own custom code no longer covers every page with an error screen.
