Email set up in one click, one list for alerts, and your logo on the password page

In TeleportHQ's 27 October 2026 release, you can set up Resend, Mailgun or MailerSend for testing in one click, without a domain of your own, and send a test email from Project settings. Alerts get one list of addresses for the whole project, switching providers moves the store and booking emails too, and a site behind a password shows TeleportHQ's own password page, with your logo on a paid plan.

New

Set up an email provider in one click

TeleportHQ can now set up Resend, Mailgun or MailerSend for testing, so your site's emails go out before you have a domain of your own. Next to From Email in the store's email panels, such as Order Notifications and Invoices, in the bookings' Customer Emails, in the campaign wizard and in Project settings → Credentials → Email Providers, click Set up Resend in one click (or Set up Mailgun in one click, Set up MailerSend in one click). Paste the provider's API key and click Set it up: TeleportHQ saves the key, sends from the provider's test sender, and makes that provider the project's email provider. With Resend, when Alerts go to is empty, it also sends your alerts to the address your Resend account was opened with. The window ends by saying who can receive that mail: for Resend, only that address; for Mailgun, up to 5 Authorized Recipients you confirm in Mailgun; for MailerSend, your MailerSend administrator's address. Once it's done, the button reads "Resend is set up for testing". For your customers, verify a domain with the provider and send from an address on it. A Resend key with no From Email saved now sends from Resend's test sender by itself.

To check a provider, click Send a test email on it in Email Providers: it sends to your own address, through the key you saved or the one you pasted, and shows the provider's answer. The low-stock alerts in Stock Management get the same Test Integration button as Order Notifications. See How to choose which email and SMS provider your project sends through.

Alerts go to

TeleportHQ's Alerts go to, at the top of Project settings → Credentials → Email Providers, holds up to 5 addresses where new-order, low-stock and booking alerts go. Each of those alerts can still list its own addresses in its own panel. Left empty, alerts go to the workspace owner, and each panel now says where an empty list sends them. See How to choose which email and SMS provider your project sends through.

From this TeleportHQ release, a site behind a password shows a password page that is part of the site: TeleportHQ's logo, "This site is password protected", a password field and Continue. A visitor who types the right password stays in for 30 days in that browser. A site gets the new page the next time you publish. With a paid subscription, the page can show your own logo: open Project settings → Integrations → GitHub and pick a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP picture under Password page. It saves as soon as you pick it. See How to password-protect your site.

Improvements

  • Use for this project: switching your project's email provider in Email Providers also switches the store's Order Notifications, Invoices, Abandoned Cart Reminders and low-stock alerts, and the booking emails, keeping each one on or off as it was. Before, they kept the old provider. Under Used in, each provider lists what sends through it.
  • Emails to several addresses: an email step with several recipients sends each address its own email, so one address the provider refuses no longer stops the others. Sites get this the next time you publish.
  • List search: on your published site, the search of a list over a CSV File, Google Sheets, REST API or JavaScript data source matches each typed word on its own, so "create form" finds "How to create a form". Sites get this the next time you publish. See How to add search to a list.
  • Stock videos: a video you pick from Pexels comes as its smallest MP4 file at least 1920 pixels wide, or its widest when none is, at the higher frame rate. Before, it could come in 4K, and a scroll video made from it could take nearly a quarter of an hour to prepare.
  • Project names: a project can carry a brand's name, for example the client a site is made for. Names that read like a message, or hold a link or an amount, are still refused.

Fixes

  • Unpublish site no longer fails now and then when the hosting service sends an empty answer; TeleportHQ asks once more.
  • Reopening a project you published and haven't changed since no longer shows Unpublished changes in the Publish window.
